Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

If you are under the age eighteen (18) years you CANNOT place orders with Dr Pacific without the consent of a parent or guardian. By accepting these Terms and Conditions you acknowledge that you are over the age of eighteen (18) years or, in the case that you are not over 18, you have the consent of a parent or guardian. Should Dr Pacific suffer any damage or other losses as a result of a transaction entered into by a minor, Dr Pacific reserves the right to seek compensation for such losses from the parents or guardians of the minor who caused any order(s) to be placed with Dr Pacific.

DELIVERY
Risk of loss or damage to any products purchased on this website will pass to you on delivery to your nominated address. When submitting an online order on this website, it is your responsibility to ensure that contact, shipping and order details are entered correctly.
All orders in Australia ship with Australia Post. Allow 2-5 business days delivery.
All international orders ship with DHL. (3-5 business days / some 2 weeks delivery, depending on your country's postal system).
ORDERING AND PAYMENT
All online orders must be paid in full immediately upon entry into the Agreement. All transactions on the Australian and New Zealand website are settled in Australian Dollars (AUD) currency. If You are a customer purchasing from New Zealand, your currency will be converted automatically to AUD when you complete the transaction. The conversion rate varies from day to day with the currency exchange rate. Your financial institution or payment provider may also charge you currency conversion fees. Please contact your financial institution or payment provider for further details on these charges and fees.
We will try to ensure that all orders placed before 10am EST on a working-weekday are shipped within 48 hours of payment being received. Where this cannot be achieved, due to us experiencing exceptionally high demand (such as during Christmas) we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. Any orders placed over the weekend or during public bank holidays will be shipped 48 hours from the next working day.
INTERNATIONAL DUTY / TAXES
Please kindly note that if you are purchasing online from outside of Australia, you may be charged customs duties and taxes. These duties and taxes are not included in the price of the goods and are not included in the overall shipping cost.
Dr Pacific is not responsible for any possible duties and taxes, which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer.
We do not refund shipping costs for customers that reject their packages upon arrival for failure to pay duty fees.
